Sign in with Google and we'll import your locations and reviews. You can manage all locations from a single workspace and control who can see or reply per location.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Start free with one location and upgrade when you need more. You can change or cancel your plan anytime.

Is there a long-term contract?

No long-term lock-in. Pay month-to-month, or choose annual billing to save roughly 20% (charged once per year). You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you want.

Do you support review sites besides Google?

Today ReputRadar is built specifically for Google Business Profile—locations, reviews, posts, and media sync through Google’s APIs. Other platforms aren’t supported yet.

Does AI post replies without my approval?

In the inbox you generate drafts and choose when to send. In Automations, each rule can require your approval before posting, or send automatically with timing you set—immediate, fixed delay, or a random delay window for a more natural cadence.

How do AI reply limits work?

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI-assisted replies. The free tier includes a small number to try the flow; paid plans scale up with your subscription. If you need more in a busy month, you can purchase additional AI credit packs from Billing in Settings.

Can my team work together with different access levels?

Yes. Invite teammates from Users, assign roles, and the app enforces permissions—so people only see dashboards, locations, automations, or reports that match their role. Location access can be scoped so managers stay focused on their stores.

Can I publish Google posts or update photos from ReputRadar?

Yes. Use Posts to create and publish Business Profile updates, and Media to manage photos and videos for your locations—alongside the unified review inbox.

How will I know when there’s a new review?

New activity shows up in your unified inbox as reviews sync. You can enable email notifications, configure alerts per location, and optionally connect Telegram for real-time updates in a chat or group.

Can I ask questions about what customers actually wrote?

Yes. Ask AI is built for exactly that: a conversational layer on top of your organization’s synced Google Business reviews.
